WESTALL TIMBER COVID TRADING CONDITIONS
These are challenging times for everyone of us here in Victoria and also on a global scale.
Westall Timber team, like everyone, are striving to maintain our business and customer support in this global health crisis. We want to reassure you that we remain open for business and opening in accordance with the Victorian State Government directives.
We at Westall Timber are continually changing and adapting to keep healthy and safety measures in place with the COVID restrictions put in place by the Victorian State Government.
We will continue to strive to provide the best service we can that complies with all rules and regulations, ensuring your personal safety as well as that of our staff.
From 5pm Wednesday 5th of August 2020 only Tradesperson will be allowed in store
All sales for the general public must be completed via email at
firstname.lastname@example.org or via telephone (03) 95465622.
For all General public orders, our Staff will notify once ready for pick up then bring the order and place it safely in your vehicle subjected to Occupational Health and Safety and WorkCover compliance.
Deliveries will still be available at this stage via our Own Fleet of trucks
As per government direction, Trades people are still able to attend In-Store at this stage subject to the following conditions;
- Payments must be COVID safe,
- You must provide legitimate documentation to show you are a registered tradesperson,
- You must supply contact details to enable ongoing COVID tracing in compliance with government directions,
- You must wear a Facemask or Face covering,
- You must practice safe distancing,
You must not attend if you are suffering any flu like symptoms whatsoever. You must now attend our sites if you have been in close contact with someone who has the virus If you are diagnosed with Covid and have been in contact with our staff, please notify us immediately so we can act accordingly and keep everyone safe.
We apologise for any inconvenience but again these are unprecedented times and we all need to come together as a community to keep everyone safe.
